Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Santoro Milan packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our Milan atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
